In recent years, there have been reports of smoke and fire incidents caused by mobile batteries both in Japan and overseas.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following when using

and charging mobile batteries in your room.

■ Safety Guidelines for Mobile Battery Use

• Do not charge while you are out of the room or asleep
• Do not use or charge in direct sunlight
• Avoid unnecessary prolonged charging
• Do not use or charge on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
• Do not use devices that show signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat

Please charge your devices on a stable surface away from flammable materials.

If you must charge on the bed, do not place the battery under blankets or pillows, and keep it visible at all times.

Please avoid overloading outlets with extension cords or multiple devices.

When charging mobile batteries or electronic devices, ensure they are always within your sight.

If you notice any unusual heat, smell, or smoke, stop using the device immediately and contact the front desk.

■ During Room Cleaning

For safety reasons, if our staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may stop charging or move the device as necessary.

お客さまに安心してお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのご使用・充電につきまして、

下記の点にご留意くださいますようお願いいたします。

■モバイルバッテリーご使用時の注意事項

・外出時や就寝中など、目の届かない状態での充電

・直射日光が当たる場所での使用・充電

・必要以上の長時間充電

・破損や膨張、異常な発熱など、不具合が見られる機器の使用

また、充電は周囲に可燃物のない安定した場所で行ってください。

やむを得ずベッド上で充電される場合は、布団や枕の下に置かず、必ず見える位置に置いたうえでご使用ください。

延長コードやタコ足配線での過度な同時充電はお控えください。

モバイルバッテリーおよび電子機器の充電は、

必ずご自身で状態を確認できる環境で行っていただきますようお願いいたします。

万が一、異常な発熱やにおい、煙などを感じた場合は、直ちに使用を中止し、フロントまでご連絡ください。

■客室清掃時の対応について

安全確保の観点から、清掃時に上記のような状況が確認された場合、

スタッフの判断により充電の停止や機器の移動を行うことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
