Rooms
You can stay with your group trouble free because we have a range of accommodations to fit your needs. Whether it be unwinding in our hotel-style Japanese room for up to four people, relaxing in our private loft room for up to two people, or staying as a group in our 30-bed dormitory room - we have rooms for any occasion!
Please note that the Queen, Twin, Triple and Japanese-style rooms have their own shower and restroom within the room (this isn’t shared with other guests). However, the other room types have shared showers and toilets which are located on each floor
Although the rooms are accessible around-the-clock, courtesy for other guests is appreciated.

Facilities
We have shared kitchen-lounge spaces on the 2nd floor. Guests can bring their own groceries and prepare meals at any time in the kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cooking utensils such as knives, pans and pots. There is also a coin operated laundry on the 2nd floor complete with washing and drying machines.

Cancellation Policy of Group Reservation

The terms and conditions for general reservations will also apply to group accommodations.

The cancellation charge is quoted as a percentage of the total reservation fee.

If the contracted number of days is shortened, a fee of one day (the first day) will be charged regardless of the number of days shortened.

For groups of 50 persons or more where a portion of the contracted group wishes to cancel can do so at no extra charge in the following instance. The reduction of the number of guests does not exceed 10% of the total number of contracted guests (before the change) and where the date of the change request is 20 days or more before check in.

Teams participating in tournaments and so forth will be treated as general reservations however the above cancellation policy will still apply.

For groups of 50 or more people whose total reservation charge exceeds 1,000,000 yen, we ask for an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation charge.

For groups of 100 or more people, the cancellation policy differs from that of the above. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
