Q. What time is check in?

A. From 4PM.

Q. What time is check out?

A. Until 11AM. In the case of cleaning or maintenance, we will ask you to go out from your room 11AM〜3PM.

Q. Is it better to contact the hotel if arrival time will be late?

A. Please be sure to contact us if arrival time will be after 11PM.

Q. Is it possible to leave luggage before our check-in?

A. We can keep your luggage from 6am on the day of check-in.

Q. Is it possible to send parcel until the day before check-in?

A. Yes, we can keep the parcel until you check in. Exceptions are valuables, food and dangerous items. Please be sure to write check-in date and your name in English.

Q. Are there toothbrush(es), razor(s) and brush(es) provided in the rooms?

A. Towels, tooth brushes, razors and brushes are all provided for free of charge for the rooms with private bathroom.     We also provide them at the reception for a charge. Please take note about these in advance.

Q. Is there a service for making our beds?

A. Beds are already prepared during the first night. We do not normally clean up your bed/room. But you can ask us for the cleaning at the front desk until 9 AM on the same day.

Q. Are there "females only" rooms?

Yes, 2nd floor is only for female. Please make sure to choose the option “only for females” when you book. However, the number of rooms are limited. Please note of this when there are no vacancies.

Q. Are there a shower and a toilet inside the rooms?

A. Unfortunately, only the following private rooms have a shower and a toilet:
- Private Rooms (2 people)
- Private Rooms (3 people)
- Private Rooms B (4 people) Please use the common shower rooms, toilets, and washrooms on each floor.

Q. Can I choose smoking room or non-smoking room?

A. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please take note of this in advance.

Q. Can I use the laundromat any time?

A. It is available 24 hours. There are 2 with combined washing and drying functions, and the rest are only with single functions (washer OR dryer). We also sell washing detergent at the front desk
[Only for 2nd floor guests] Extra machines of combined and single functions are also available at the 2nd floor.

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. Please understand that there are no parking lots of any kind (whether for four-wheeled vehicles or bicycles). Please take note of this in advance.

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew but please maintain silence and do not bother others especially during the midnight.
